The product itself is totally wonderful!!! i like having a treadmill in my very own home. My husband loves it and that we use it everyday. Since we have a tendency to live in Jersey, this keeps us from using the excuse, ""it's too cold outside to travel to the gym!"" It's truly quite quiet and has all the fundamental functions my husband and that i were craving for. nice product.

Problems- i used to be refused within delivery once I was told otherwise the day before. conjointly the treadmill is missing one major part, one in every of the 2 bolts that are to carry the handlebars upright. (I am still looking forward to parts) I actually have contacted client service twice and still no replacement or maybe some reasonably acknowledgement. known as and stood on the road for over half-hour with none answer. Product is nice however bear in mind you may need to transport this item yourself into the house and pray you've got all the components.
